Real Life Riders
Real Life Riders will be travelling to the coast of North Carolina on September 25th. From Corolla Lighthouse to possibly as far as Cape Lookout. Our plan is to see 5 lighthouses. We will be meeting at the Border Station at 7 A.M. on Route 168. Please have a full tank of gas! We will be staying in Ocracoke at the Silver Lake Inn and Motel. Reservations need to be made as soon as possible. Check out the Real Life Riders Facebook page or email Cookie Weaver for more information.

.Net is a community of Small Groups that meet regularly @ RLCC. Meetings are going to be held on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:00 pm. They will run from Sept. 22 until June 8. If you are interested in attending, please sign up at the Octagon or contact Dave.

The NINES
RLCC will be hosting a global leaders conference known as "the NINES". The day will feature more than 100 great speakers. We want to invite you and your friends to come experience "the NINES" as a group here at RLCC. Our hope is that this event will help build stronger relationships among Christian Leaders in our cities. It's all happening September 9, from 11:30am to 9:30pm It is a free event! Lunch, snacks and beverages will be provided. If you would like to attend, email us at thenines@rlcconline.com so we will know how many chairs to set up.

Beginning Tuesday, August 24 at 7pm, we will be taking pictures of families to include in our new database, which will be introduced to the congregation in October. PIN Ministry
We are looking for 8-16 volunteers to come and serve the homeless at the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Sunday September 26th from 2:45-6pm we will be joining with PIN ministries to serve hot lunches, pass out clothing and medical supplies to the homeless in Virginia Beach. if you are interested please contact Mike Johnson or Donna Doak. pinministry.org
